Amrita Arora’s Pre-Wedding Party

This March, two of our beautiful Bollywood ladies will be tying the knot. First is Ayesha Takia and another one is Amrita Arora who is all for her big day on March 6. Amrita and her beau Shakeel Ladakh threw a grand party for their close friends on March 1. The celebrations have been planned for a stretch of over three days: There will be a church wedding on March 4, a sangeet on March 5 and the nikaah and reception on March 6. Best friend Kareena Kapoor is going to be one of the bridesmaids and sister Malaika Arora, the maid of honour.
Amrita’s wedding gowns and also the bridesmaids’ clothes have been designed by Ashley Rebello. The mehendi outfit will be by Manish Malhotra and Shantanu-Nikhil are designing the traditional wedding lehenga.

AMRITA ARORA born in Bombay, India to a Malayali mother and a Punjabi father, she is the sister of Malaika Arora. Her brother-in-law is Arbaaz Khan, the brother of Salman Khan. She was romantically linked to Kevin Otter, Upen Patel and Ashmit Patel. She dated English cricketer Usman Afzaal.

Her next movies will be Deha, Jeet: Feel the Force, all to be released in 2006. In 2007, Red -The Dark Side released starring Aftab Sivdastani, Celina Jaitley and Amrita Arora. There was a controversy over the twenty-seven minute sex scene. Red received mixed reviews at the Box Office. Her upcoming film Raakh will release this august in which she will be paired with Sohail. She made a special appearance in Farah Khan's latest film Om Shanti Om in a song named deewangi along with her sister & brother inlaw.
