Noida Police - proves to be a bunch of Jokers - from the highest to the lowest authority . What is the criteria for admission in a police force ... sheer physical strenth with no iota of intelligence in them or is it such political reference that gets them in. The highest authority in the force in noida has made made a mockery of noida.

I simply refuse to believe that a father can ever do such a thing especially such educated doctors. She was their only child and such parents are more careful ,its really depressing to note that our Police have picked him up on basis of such flimsy evidence and a story which they have made to show that their investigations have shown result.I am sure of Dr Rajeshs innocence and I can imagine the pain he must be going through .Also I refuse to believe that a child like Arushi would be having any sort of relationship with their servant ,its just unbelievable. In this hour of grief all should come forward and render support to grieved parents and pray for the childs soul to rest in peace wherever she is.
I truly feel Noida Police department have shot themselves in the foot by doing this, its such a pity that our Policing is years behind compared to the rest of the world.
Howsoever I pray to GOD for her soul to rest in peace and give strength to her parents and friends to bear this great loss and also hope and pray they come out of all this agony and start life afresh with sweet memories of their only child.

Based on the publicly available information thus far, it's not clear to me whether the Talwar case is a dishonor killing case.

But I hope justice is served.

I think it is very reasonable to say that it is because of the high crime rate @ noida that the police wants to earn its reputation back without any hard work. It expects to earn a tap of the back for its good work, but in reality it would get a hammer from the public if they behave so immaturely.I think they are nothing but a bunch of idiots with the brute force they are so proud of. We always comment on the political system, but it is very important to note that the system can be controlled if ppl do no enter into the police force by actually using their "force" and not their brains. Aarushi had to go and no one could stop that. but what can be stopped is further pain to a father who is already traumatized by such baseless charges on him. I would like to ask the man in the turban who is heading the noida police. i dont call him a policeman because he is party to such a mockery. He does not deserve to be a human being if he levies such baseless and inhuman charges on a person who is just like him. A father..but much worse cause he has lost his child. Please help the father who shows himself as very strong. but everyone has emotions which he does not express. God bless Aarushi..but before that God Bless Noida Police.

What I cannot understand is, if as a father (mr. talwar) he loved his child and has lost his ONLY child in the bargain, no amount of things that happen now to him should have affected him, it is simply immaterial. But his reactions are most strange from day one, where he is more eager asking the police to search for the murderer asking them to leave the house, strangely it is as if its a case of theft, a man in shock is not bothered about who and what killed his daughter, but rather grieve about the whole thing! To add to it when he is arrested he is now more bothered about his life shouting out on television to someone who can save him from being framed. How does it matter to him now??? whether he is framed or whatever his child is lost, but he is more concerened about his life!!! at this point??!?!? I dont think the police are that dumb either, they cannot reveal evidences which are crucial on TV or any other media. But they might do so after the whole case is taken to court and the judge gives his verdict.

i think it is the father only who killed arushi becoz of her "closeness" to servant.the servant might have played with emotions of the teenager arushi who was neglected by busy doctor parents.and the affair of dr rajesh talwar with dr anita whom he used to bring home during his wife's absence might have helped the servant to get closer to arushi.behavior of dr rajesh and hurry in which he performed the last rites of arushi point fingers at dr rajesh.i think he has dumped weapon used and mobile phones of arusi into the rivers in haridwar wher he went to perform last rites of arushi.
police can never recover the weapon back.

I just want to react to one of the comments here.
To the person who says the father to should give up life because his daughter died. Different people grieve differently. For some people it is of utmost importance to bring to justice the one who wronged their close ones. As for his reaction to him being arrested wouldn't you if u were unjustly accused of killing your own flesh and blood. Its not about going to jail its about how wrong the accusation is. I don't know who killed her but I do know this we don't have the right to point fingers at the father because he wants justice.
As for the evidence part I for one will wait for the judgment to come out. But I am pretty positive we won't see much evidence even then. How much evidence can we expect from the police team which didn't find the second dead body in the house when they went to investigate the first one.
