Chitrangada Singh was born 28 March 1976. she is an Indian actress. She is best known for starring in Sudhir Mishra's 2003 movie Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi. She is married to the famous Indian Jyoti Randhawa Golfer.

Chitrangada Singh began his career in Delhi as a model before transitioning to the big screen. After graduating, she was modeling, where her ad credits include ICICI Bank and Alukkas Jewellery and eventually move to the music videos she appeared lyricist Gulzar's Sunset Point.




She took a break from acting from 2005 to 2008. In 2008 she made a comeback with the lead role opposite Sanjay Suri in the director's chair Onir romantic comedy Sorry Bhai (2008). His release on the weekend in Mumbai terror attack proved disastrous at the box office.

Vasu, who remakes his successful Kannada film Aptha Rakshaka, the successor to Apthamitra, which is a little deviation remake of Malayalam hit all time movie Manichithrathazhu. The film is also a follow up to the 2005 Tamil film Chandramukhi, also directed by Vasu, who was named and released in Telugu. The film is all set to release on December 16, 2010, after three days Venkatesh birthday.
